Quick start
Run your first private audit.
DrownProof starts from exported CSV files. This guide walks through the first pass: import a file, save the browser setup, review the audit, export a local DrownProof file, and open it in Flow Map.
Use one account at a time
Importing one account statement at a time makes mapping and review easier to trust.
Keep sensitive data out of support
Do not email CSV files, account numbers, or screenshots with private transaction details.

Export a CSV statement
Use your bank, credit card, or account tool to export activity as a CSV file. Start with one account statement at a time.

Choose account type
Choose whether the file is for a bank account, credit card, or cash account. This helps DrownProof interpret money movement correctly.

Activate access if needed
Personal CSV upload requires Founding Access. Enter your activation key once on this browser before uploading your own file.

Upload the CSV
Upload the CSV for the account statement you want to review. The file is used in this browser session.

Confirm column mapping
Match the file columns to date, description, amount, debit, credit, balance, institution, or account name where available.

Save the import profile
Save the setup so future CSVs from the same account can reuse the same mapping in this browser. Profiles store setup only, not your transaction history.

Review cleanup warnings
Check skipped rows, possible duplicates, date issues, unclear money values, or anything that needs cleanup before the audit.

Review categories and transaction Types
Confirm income, expenses, refunds, transfers, card payments, investment transfers, categories, and transaction Types so the audit math is trustworthy.

Open the audit and export a DrownProof file
Open the audit to review income, spending, refunds, transfers, recurring items, and data quality. Export a local DrownProof file when you want to use it in Flow Map.

Open the file in Flow Map
Open one or more saved DrownProof files in Flow Map to review history, patterns, Leak Score, recurring load, and Deep Review rows.
What stays in the browser?
Current audit session
Imported rows, audit handoff data, and opened Flow Map files stay in this browser session so you can move between pages. Use Clear audit data when you want to reset the current work.
Saved import profiles
Import profiles are saved in this browser to reuse column mappings. Clear audit data does not remove them unless you choose Also clear saved import profiles.
Founding Access
Activation is saved separately from audit data. If browser site data is cleared, you can re-enter the same active key to restore access.
DrownProof files
Exported DrownProof files are local files you download and manage. They are what Flow Map opens when you want to review saved audit history.
